compliance standards (ITAR & EAR)

Joining Technologies is compliant with all laws and regulations governing the export of our products, services, software and technical data according to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) [22 CFR 120-130] & Export Administration Regulations (EAR) [15 CFR 730-774]. Only U.S. Persons including: contractors, suppliers, customers and visitors (defined in Part 120 of the ITAR and various parts of the EAR) are permitted to have access to our two facilities. Access may be granted for Non U.S. Persons if authorized by the Empowered Official and/or the Export Compliance Officer. Such access would be limited to projects that are not restricted by Export Control Regulations, specifically the ITAR and EAR, and must be approved in advance by our customer. Non U.S. Persons may be subject to screening on the various denied party lists prior to visiting, or establishing any licenses with the Department of State, or the Department of Commerce.
