LAW® (LASER APPLIED WIRE)
Our proprietary wire fed laser cladding system, LAW®, is a cost-effective alternative to component repair traditionally performed by electron beam wire feed systems. Our system is comprised of a high power solid-state disk laser mated to a custom-engineered wire feeder, process monitoring system and 4 axis motion system. The highly refined work station has undergone extensive testing by our team and has been proven on materials including Waspaloy, Inconel and Stellite.
