Company Quality Policy

In an effort to ensure our customer's complete satisfaction, Joining Technologies commits itself to the following quality policy:

  • Continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, Production processes, & Service to our customers.

We at Joining Technologies are committed to satisfying our customers by meeting or exceeding their expectations and by continually improving our Quality Management System. To improve our Quality Management System we will establish and monitor yearly quality objectives. Our quality objectives will be measurable and reviewed during management review meetings for progress and accomplishment. Joining Technologies will display this quality policy throughout the facility as a stated reminder of Joining Technologies' commitment to provide quality processes for our customers. Joining Technologies' management will review, communicate, and document at least once per year with each employee Joining Technologies' continuous commitment to the quality requirements of our customers and that each employee understand their role to help achieving Joining Technologies objectives:

  • Joining Technologies' top management will review this Quality Policy annually for it's suitability to current business trends and make revisions as necessary.
  • This policy has been created and is set forth to all employees by the president of Joining Technologies.
  • Our responsibility to our customers is complete implementation, understanding and maintenance of this policy at all levels of our organization.

Our Quality Assurance System model is designed to facilitate customer satisfaction and provide effective monitoring of processes. Our progressive in-house training program supports the foundation of the quality model. All team members must develop through our progressive, multi-tiered certification program ensuring our customers top industry skilled technicians. Our training program facilitates professional growth with emphasis on leadership and competency in materials joining and Quality Management System standards. Joining Technologies supports the efforts of ASQ, AWS, FMA, and SME through membership, sponsorship, and technical contributions.

Supplier Surveillance at Joining Technologies...
Joining Technologies evaluates all of our suppliers that provide materials or services utilized in our production processes. Our suppliers Quality Management System's are assessed to determine their ability to meet specified requirements. We embrace suppliers that share similar attributes as Joining Technologies and value and reward their contribution to the supply chain.

Identification and Traceability at Joining Technologies...
Our world-class operation is "e-fficient " and utilizes a proprietary manufacturing execution system. Our "e-fficient " system can accurately track your order during processing and after delivery. The status of customer orders is clearly identified throughout all stages of processing at Joining Technologies. Our record retention policy exceeds most industry standards. Joining Technologies maintains a calibration system traceable to N.I.S.T.

Joining Technologies welcomes your product...
As your product flows through Joining Technologies, the contract review process commences as your parts come through our receiving department. Your purchase contract is reviewed for special requirements, modifications from previous revisions, and development of new requirements. Your product is then carefully transferred from shipping containers into our controlled processing kits that ensure cleanliness and lot control. Product is kept enclosed and obscured from general view throughout processing to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. Your product is then inspected for damage and defects that may have occurred during transit. Lot quantities are verified and all sub-assemblies accounted for. Your product then receives the individual attention necessary to ensure product conformity.

Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, and Production Planning review order history, key characteristics, and other relevant data to ensure appropriate process control measures are in place. Only after we have completed the above steps does your product move to the appropriate material staging area where it is released for production to begin the joining process.

Joining Technologies' Production Process Control...
Joining Technologies recognizes your need for complete product integrity and process repeatability. We are particularly proud of our internal production control procedures. All customer orders have their own unique documentation and control plans. Our Process Engineering and Quality Assurance staff works diligently to ensure the development of highly specialized process control measures for your product. Each engineered work cell is equipped with a PC workstation allowing all personnel access to information vital to your product.

Our electronic manufacturing execution system controls scheduling, certification standards, part classification, detailed instructions of each process step, and its supporting standard operating procedure. Our technicians have all the information needed to manufacture your parts at their fingertips.

Product Verification Activities at Joining Technologies...
Joining Technologies utilizes a redundant inspection system for all customer orders. Detailed inspection criteria are outlined in all individual inspection process steps. In-Process Inspections are performed on 100% of all orders. Key characteristics are also measured. All orders then pass through a Final Inspection step. All product verification activities at Joining Technologies are thoroughly documented. We also have a complete metallurgical laboratory with pre and post-weld destructive and non-destructive testing for application specific requirements.

Our Quality Assurance and Process Engineering staff thoroughly investigates your product requirements to determine the very best methods of product verification activities suitable for your product. Post-Delivery Quality Assurance Activities at Joining Technologies...
Once Joining Technologies has carefully packaged and delivered your product our job is not done. We collect data from your order to measure our effectiveness in meeting your product requirements and we closely monitor and measure our on-time delivery rates.
