Joining Technologies was formed in New England in 1992 by founder Michael Francoeur after a separation of a previous failed business partnership. Partnerships often fail as a result of non-aligned core values. A failed partnership can often inspire lessons and experiences that pave the way for a renewed spiritual and philosophical freedom. Great leadership calls upon ones experiences and beliefs and is usually built around core values, which in turn creates the company's corporate culture.
Joining Technologies has nurtured a corporate culture since it's birth in 1992. Our corporate culture radiates our leaders key principles and values, which constitute the way we guide and treat our people.
Our People
All our New England team members are considered stakeholders, which contribute to Joining Technologies success. Our culture recognizes the need to be competitively driven, however, we also understand the need to practice respect, humility and fair practice. Simply stated, if we cannot compete fairly, then we will not compete. All JT associates shall refrain from creating unconstructive criticism or disruptive mis-information for strategic purposes. We shall respect and co-exist with all of our competitive neighbors and will not engage in unethical practices. Joining Technologies has proactively encouraged positive dialogue with approachable competitive counterparts as a professional means of contributing to the industry science.
